Meeting with Representatives of the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Together with colleagues from the organization "Deputies of Peaceful Russia," we held a meeting with representatives of the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Swedish Parliament member Joar Forssell.

We discussed assistance for Ukrainian refugees in Sweden, as well as the introduction of EU sanctions against Norilsk Nickel and Vladimir Potanin. We proposed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs options for supporting the legalization in Sweden of political activists, journalists, deserters, conscientious objectors, and LGBTQ+ community members who are being persecuted in Russia.
